Here is the Holistic Facialist/aesthetician Job Description:

I am looking for a thoughtful, intuitive aesthetician/facialist who is deeply aligned with a holistic approach to skin health. This role is rooted in care, presence, and a genuine desire to support each client’s skin in a personalized and meaningful way.

In my space, facials are not one size fits all. Each treatment is customized based on the client’s skin, lifestyle, and overall well-being. I focus on nourishing the skin, supporting the barrier, and creating a calm, restorative experience that allows clients to truly relax and reconnect.

Responsibilities include offering customized facials, supporting clients with personalized home care recommendations, and creating a warm and welcoming environment. You will also guide clients through simple rituals such as facial massage, fascia release techniques, and mindful skincare practices that extend beyond the treatment room.

Caring for the space is an important part of this role. This includes maintaining a clean and calm environment through tasks such as cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, watering plants, restocking product shelves, and managing laundry. You will also be responsible for fulfilling local pickup orders during your clinic days.

I value aestheticians/facialists who are passionate about ingredients, interested in learning, and open to a more intuitive way of working with the skin. Experience with sensitive skin, eczema, and barrier repair is an asset.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as an aesthetician or facialist
Strong knowledge of skin health and product ingredients
Interest in holistic skincare practices
Warm, grounded, and client-focused presence
Ability to work independently and with intention

Compensation

Compensation is structured as a 60/40 split, with 60% of the treatment value going to you. This will increase by 1% each year, for up to 10 years, reaching a maximum of 70%. All tips are yours to keep. Cash tips may be taken daily, and tips processed through the payment systems will be paid out bi-weekly.

Product Commission

You will receive 10% commission on all products sold following a facial. This will increase by 1% each year, for up to 10 years, reaching a maximum 20%.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with growth to a full-time position. 

Available days to Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and with an option to work on Fridays at another location.
